We understand that there are many people who desire to be able to soar through the skies like birds. In fact, this is why we created this site in the first place.

The thing is that we understand that once you have a dream of being able to soar through the sky, it can be difficult to simply let that dream go. We have created this site to let those who might have (or once had) dreams of flying know that they do not need to give up on their dreams.

Regardless of if you think you have financial, geographical or emotional hurdles to clear to become a pilot, we are here to try to help you clear those hurdles.

We are different from other site you may have come across. Chances are that you have already visited several Web sites created by individual flight schools that promise that their school is the best school available for one reason or another.
The problem with these types of sites is that it can be hard to get the complete truth. The goal of these sites is to encourage you to come to their flight school. We, on the other hand, are not affiliated with any single flight school. We do not care which school you go to. Rather, we simply hope that you will come away from our site with a greater knowledge of what it means to be a pilot and understand what kinds of things you might need to prepare yourself for if you choose to pursue your goal.

Not everybody wants to be a plane pilot or mechanic. We understand that. This is why we also have included information here for those who are interested in becoming a pilot or a mechanic for a helicopter. Although there are some general things that both plane and helicopter pilots do similar, it would be foolish to assume that just because you can fly a plane, you can also fly a helicopter or vice versa.

One of the best places to train on helicopters or planes is in Orlando, Florida. The reason for this is because there are so many different flight schools there. Florida is a great place to learn to fly because there are no mountains that can make learning to fly more difficult.

Some people think that they might simply not be able to afford to attend a flight school, but this is not the case. Nearly all flight schools have some sort of financial aid available. Likewise, many of these schools also have accelerated learning available that allows the students of these schools to complete classes in less time. This in turn, results in less money spent on tuition payments and the like.
